great piercer – The guy that pierced my tongue did a great job but the front desk girl was horrible and rude and was texting on her phone the whole time.but i highly recommend getting a piercing there cause it is a very comfortable atmosphere and the piercer is great.

Don't bother. – I've been in Milano before to get a nose stud, and that went fine. I went in today to have the other side of nose pierced as well, and the piercer made it completely off balance. It looks ridiculous, and the customer service there is terrible, mainly from the front desk. They talk bad about the customers more than they help them and they're not friendly whatsoever. Now I have to take out the stud I got today, and go get it re-done in a few weeks, thanks to the apparently blind piercer. Next time I'll clearly have to guide him through the process of simply making the studs even. Go somewhere other than Milano.

Not too bad... – I went in there today to look for new jewelery and the guy working was nice, helpful, knew what he was talking about, their product was decently priced and the store itself was extremely clean and professional. He offered to put my new jewelery in for me and did a great job, it was painless and he really knew what he was doing. Everything was clean and sanatized. The guy didnt talk much but I would rather have someone that knows what they are doing and is quit then someone that talks your ear off and makes your visit uncomfortable. Overall it was a pleasent experience.
