Not friendly at all – I brought my 14yo daughter here to get her ears pierced because I wanted something more professional and safe than one of the cheap places in the mall that use guns on the ears. First off, the receptionist was super unfriendly. She seemed annoyed that we were even there (and we were the only customers at the time too). We should have just turned around and walked out, but my daughter was really anxious to get it done, so we stayed. Next the owner, Scott, came out to get us and he didn't even say hi, plus he reprimanded his receptionist in front of us. Very unprofessional! After that we followed him back to the piercing area. He never made any attempt at conversation with us. Then to my complete disappointment he used guns on her ears, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid! So, my daughter couldn't get hoops like everyone else we know who has ever gone to a professional piercing studio. I would never, ever go back to this place again. I gave them 1 star because at least my daughter did not get any sort of infection.

The best Ever!! – I was recommended to go to Milano's by another piercing place!! how odd is that!!?? And once i got there i found out why. They fix a lot of piercing problems that went wrong from other piercing places!! The thing i really love about the place is that it is sooooo clean. and the room they do the piercings in feels just like a doctors room! it was surprisingly comforting :) I have had all of my piercings done there. The lady at the front desk was very good. She told me how to clean my piercings and gave me a paper that told how to clean them as well. The pricing is very reasonable and the piercer may be quiet but hes really good and makes sure your comfortable before punching the needle into you :) And if you ask him a question he will answer it to the fullest. He made my piercings painless!! Hes quick with the needle and knows what hes doing! not only that but he re told me the cleaning process to make sure i knew exactly how to clean it to minimize infection :) I totally recommend coming here for any piercing!! :) Going back soon for an industrial!!! :)

totally awesome!!! – one of my really close friends and i went there to get our cartilage pierced. the piercer is rreally nice and cool. you get to take your time and he makes sure you get what you want. totally awesome and fun!!! i recommended it to my friends and they went there too and said it was great :D

Best Piercing studio. – The cleanest studio I've ever seen, I got my tongue pierced at another studio (STTP) and it wasn't numb also crooked. Milano's had to repierce and they numb it. Didn't even hurts.

Scott is the best :D I got an anti- eyebrow piercing there a few months ago, and I didn't really feel anything, in fact I was in and out within 5 minutes, the piercing itself only taking about 30 seconds. Very clean, professional environment, and I'm going back there soon to get snakebites :]

This is the shiznit – I came in on a Saturday afternoon and Scott was not available for another hour plus. . . so I made an appointment an hour and a half from the time I went in. The two girls at the counter that I encountered were very pleasant and Scott is very quiet but all you have to do is ask a question and he will answer it. Overall a great experience for my first piercing(s) (8 gauge plugs). I plan on coming back for my conch no doubt.

They do an amazing job and are very patient... that helped since I was very scared to get my nose pierced, they were never rude or impatient and the guy who pierced my nose was extremely quick and told me what he was doing as he did it. I really recommend Milano's to anyone!!

Excellent I have had five piercings done here and everytime it is exceptionally clean, quick, and well priced. There is typically no long waiting as well as a wide selection of jewelry. I have actually returned several times just to purchase Plugs because there is nowhere else around that carries such a great selection of designs and gauge sizes.
