Bought a suv Saturday, was getting ready to go somewhere that evening and the headlights, high beams or fog lights wouldn't turn on and after hours of checking fuses found that there's no bulbs in the headlights and other bulbs are burnt out. Headlights are a safety feature like seatbelts and I don't think it's legal to sell a vehicle without all it's safety features working.
