My Father in Law had his new furnace installed today and he couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was organized, fast, and very professional from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. He’s been around long enough to know the difference between an average job and a great one, he can confidently say this was a great job. The service I got was above great from Aaron Whitebone ,he was very politely, respective and professional I only thing I was not happy with was I was charged $90 for two fittings to attach my new water heater that I was under the understanding that the price I was quoted covered everything . so if your company would refund the $90 extra I paid for the two fittings I would really appreciate it. I recently had a leak issue at my home in Calgary and Nitin was quick to organize the plumber and I have to say the Milani service crew was outstanding. They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the repair steps. The team worked efficiently, fixed the leak properly, and left everything tidy when the job was done.
