Rob H was efficient, on time and awesome
Greg L was professional and kept us updated throughout the process. We needed to get an old water filter system and garburator removed and he was able to get it done pretty quickly despite some very tight spaces. This is our 3rd experience with Milani (different jobs and locations) and we are always pleased with their quality and integrity. We would use them again for sure.

The on-site diagnosis took 10 minutes, they charged $220 and left. Worst of all, they replaced the wrong part and wouldn't admit it, costing another $600 , and then they haven't addressed the issue at all. This is a truly terrible and unscrupulous store. I honestly don't know where these positive reviews came from. It is terrible service.
Andrew and Simon came over and were really quick and efficient. Really nice service and friendly staff!
