Igor B from Milani plumbing has always been professional, attentive and very knowledgeable. Whenever we have had issues he’s always been there for us.
They're great at booking your job and taking a $100 deposit so that you don't contact another company... but they don't even show up. Milani gave me a 3 hour period of arrival and didn't show or call during those 3 hours, during which I had an active water leak.. I called them and they kept saying they'd get back to me. Now, 6 hours later, they have told me they can't get back to me today, but will send a technician tomorrow morning. That's unacceptable and incredibly disappointing.
Andrew and Weston were friendly, clean and informative. Would recommend Milani to anybody with plumbing issues in Vancouver.
