Bilal is great. He fix my AC problem and clean my outside units and make sure everything works. Great job done.
We had perfectly functional CoolKing air conditioners (in 3 rooms, one was making some weird noises but otherwise working) that we had serviced by Milani just in preparation for the summer. After the service, all the three started leaking water (buckets). We told them and they sent more ppl and no change. Their solution: buy Samsung air conditioner and have them installed by Milani!!!!!! No refund or compensation from their poor poor pathetic service that ruined our air conditioners. Simon and Andrew attended today to snake the drains in my apartment. Both very agreeable, worked tidily and in a timely manner. Simon did an extra little thing with the main bathroom tap after consulting with me first.
Andrew & Simon were very knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. We would definitely recommend them.
