I drove 45 minutes to my appointment, only to arrive and see that Amalya was still halfway done with a client before me. This was supposed to be a quick haircut during my lunch break - I was on time, I waited, and eventually had to leave. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and a complete waste of my time. Do not come here if you have an organized schedule or an important job.

Let me start by saying the customer service is really great. That’s not the reason why I’m giving it 2 stars. I had gone in with an appointment that started at 10am for an updo for a wedding. I did arrive early and they had nice chairs where I waited. The staff seemed very friendly to their clients and to each other which is great. They did take my appointment on time also (also great). First of all I wanted to talk about the atmosphere! How clean, stylish, and relaxing it is!! Great service! The staff is incredibly!! welcoming and professional. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the cut and color I wanted. Highly recommend this place, if you’re looking for quality service and great results!!
