Zach is an excellent technician! He was very prompt, professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the different options for fixing my toilet, and gave me advice on what he thought was best. After fixing the toilet he happened to notice a problem with the sink faucet, and very kindly took the time to install a new faucet for me! I was very impressed with the service.
