We want to sincerely thank Jacob for helping us with the purchase of our Hyundai Tucson. Although we had a small communication issue at the beginning because we were messaging through a bot, Jacob stepped in and made sure everything was handled properly. He went above and beyond by staying with us even after closing time to finalize the sale, which we truly appreciated. The Hyundai Tucson we purchased is in excellent condition, and we had a very smooth and enjoyable drive back home.

I think you can judge a dealership by the times when things go wrong, so with that in mind, here’s my story. Went to Milani on a Friday afternoon and paid cash for a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder.
