Dr. Turner was kind and explained everything so well
Nice and friendly staff. However, the doctor's bedside manner is poor at best and I would not recommend her. When I asked her "how long till I can ..." she rudely interrupted me and said "yes, I know you want to XYZ (my sport of choice)" and I finished by saying "do normal stuff". Who does that?! Rude, snarky, and no empathy. First appointment she was very nice. 2nd & 3rd appointment I left pissed off because of how rude she was. I had fractures in my foot. She was very thorough and answered any questions we had. She also, went over his X-rays with us showing us exactly where the damage occurred. Any further follow up and equipment was also reviewed with us. I would recommend her to future patient’s.
Dr. Turner clipped my toe nails but I have questions on what was done and if I should keep a bandaid on the nail she remove a portion of? Will the nail just fall off? Could I swim in a pool?
