The tech came to our car because he barked she jumped back and was so nervous we didn't recieve the care we were scheduled for. She put the lead around his neck and he jumped around choking while she just stood there smiling. We were scheduled for Lyme and heart worm what they did was weigh him and bring him back to the car with poop on his head and inside his ear.
