Excellent
watch the weight of meat when you buy it after cutting to pieces. Big difference in what you pay and what you get. They even clean beef like fidh and take 1/4 tbe weight away.
Asked for 8 lbs of beef, weighed it at home, to find out it was only 6 lbs. When we called, they said the missing 2 lbs was "fat and waste" that they trimmed off, but we were still charged for 8 lbs. That was never explained before we paid, since we assumed we were going home with the 8lbs of meat we asked and paid for. Very misleading, feels like cutting corners. The place smells horrible too.
