Guys if you are an owner operator ,avoid this place no matter how desperate you are. No broker or dispatch should convince you to come to this place. Five masks bundled on your face will never keep out the smell. Check in at 13:30 it's 23:00 now siting in the dock not a single move and counting. Bigger Company Trucks come and leave you will sit and smell the stink. No food close by, vending is just chips. DO NOT COME HERE PERIOD. Dust, blood, flies all over 😂😂😂. Terrible

I don't usually do reviews, but this place is so horrible it deserves it. I was rescheduled for a 9 AM appointment to 3 PM due to delays at the shipper and the first receiver where they took an hour and half to remove one pallet out of twenty (big surprise, another Simmons facility). I arrived at noon and checked in. It is now going on midnight, and I just got assigned a door. I have had no food since 10 AM and shifting between tires and hungry. These guys don’t know the meaning of the word appointment. Showed up at 10 for a 1500 appt. Got me on the doc at 2300 and as of 0900 the next day, they haven’t even touched my trailer. If you come here, plan to have a full day to wait.
