Had some issues prior too with scheduling errors but their hospitality made up for it. Was nice and welcoming atmosphere. Also, hair removing nurse is such a sweet heart. She takes her time explaining what’s happening and what’s to come.
Courtney was amazing! I’ve been to many Milan locations and she was by far my favorite provider I’ve been too. Highly highly recommend!

I absolutely loveeeee this place. I was scared at first but coming from waxing this is far less painful and the results are literally life changing and permanent. The staff is super nice and super cool. Judge free zone. Don’t be afraid. My tech is AWESOME too btw. Makes me feel comfortable as well.
