I've only been coming here a few months but have never had a negative experience. The staff has always been pleasant and able to answer any questions I had. I was nervous at my first appointment but it was practically painless and over before I could blink lol.
Wasn’t sure what to expect with getting a hair removal but it’s been a great experience. They’re all very friendly— I’m happy I decided to go with them over other hair removal places.

Everyone has been so nice every time I've been here. Only issue I've really had was I had to reschedule an appointment a couple of times and got over a month behind on my treatment plan due to one of their people calling off and then quitting. I don't blame the company for that though.
