Shelby has been fabulous!! She does her job neat. I love Milan laser removal and they’ve been doing a phenomenal service
The staff is helpful and efficient when it comes to scheduling, quick to reschedule if I need to cancel. I remember when I was still requesting adjustments to my plan they helped me sort it out. I believe the nurse that helped me is Shelby(?) She was professional and answered any questions I had, also took extra care around my tattoos and worked with me when I mentioned I had a bit of a time limit for my session. This is probably my go-to Milan location :)
