This review is from over a year ago but once I saw another person talking about burns just recently I felt the responsibility to share mine as well so people see the full picture as same nurse still works there. I received my first several sessions in a different state so I transferred to Lacey for the first time to finish them. I also received burns and sent picture via text with no reply whatsoever. Staff is absolutely amazing! Literally some of the nicest people I've ever met, they're all so caring and thoughtful! They're LGBT friendly, and always willing to accommodate! The facility is always spotless and the treatments are done flawlessly.
