I’ve been coming to this Milan location for a while now, and even with the recent staff changes, they continue to provide excellent service. The team is always professional, accommodating, and genuinely cares about their clients. Despite the challenges of transitioning staff and not having additional corporate support, they go above and beyond to ensure appointments run smoothly and treatments are top-notch. I truly appreciate their effort and dedication, and I highly recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal!

Don’t do it! They don’t have a staff member who can do treatments consistently which is the number one most important factor in laser hair removal. You’ll be paying for treatments whether they can give them to you or not. They’ll show you a map of all the “options” you have with different locations but the closest one is hours away. Go somewhere cheaper and better, because you will certainly not achieve your results at this place.
Milan laser has been very helpful in my laser hair removal journey! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
