Kennedy is amazing!!! 100% recommend!
This is the most respectful and nicest place of employees I could ever have expected. From the first moment that I walked in to the facility to the actual hair removal process they have treated me very kindly. Morgan and Kennedy are the two most wonderful employees that I am talking about. Highly recommended this place to anyone.

I had a great first experience at Milan Laser in Normal! Morgan did my consultation and she was very informative and explained everything very well. I was fairly certain that I wanted to get treatments at Milan, so we went ahead and scheduled my first treatment the same day! Kennedy did my first treatment and she was kind, bubbly, and did a great job making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I look forward to my future appointments at Milan in Normal!
