I went to Milan in late July to inquire about their services. Eve was so wonderful in providing information about Laser Hair removal and made the whole decision process and experience wonderful. I always have a ton of questions and she answered them all. I left feeling so happy and excited! I just finished my first appointment with Meg and it went great. I went for what was supposed to be my standard appointment and turned into a painful nightmare. It was a new technician who I stupidly assumed knew what she was doing. She did not. She burned both under arms AFTER "lowering the laser". It has been over a year and I'm still scarred. Never again.
