I usually don't write reviews, but when it comes to bad service I will! I came in for a consultation and it was horrible! The manager was just this sales lady who didn't know what she was talking about. Every time I had a question, she would just tell me that it will all be answered in the slide show, but then it never was. She kept trying to persuade me to add more and more to my bundle when I already let her know it wasn't in my price range. I just started treatments back in may. And I’ve already seen significant results. I was so nervous and embarrassed, the staff and nurses were completely understanding and reassuring and very gentle and patient with me. The one who originally got me set up was the girl who sold me on making my move to hair free. I believe she runs the Green Bay location.
Everyone I’ve worked with at this facility has been so kind and so helpful with any and all of my questions!

Absolutely amazing staff, I am always helped and welcomed by Jazmine and she keeps me updated on milans special offers and coupons which I appreciate as a customer. Reina does amazing working with me and the Lazer, and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my melanin rich skin and gets the job done quickly. I greatly appreciate their service!
