This is the fourth time in a row my appointment has been cancelled, and they only let me know two hours beforehand.
I have loved every employee that has worked here, and I have nothing but respect and gratitude for the staff. However, I have struggled to receive consistent appointments over the last three years, and this has become significantly worse over the past year. Since my last appointment in February, I have been rescheduled four times. There doesn't seem to be a contingency plan for when staff leave, and as a client, I am left paying for results I am not seeing—I have already regressed back to daily shaving.
