Update: Apparently, Milan doesn’t believe in having a contingency plan should one of their nurses becomes ill! 2 cancelled appointments with no solution. Unacceptable! Someone high up is pocketing the money from over priced treatments, unconcerned with customer service! Early on: Love Milan!!
