This was my first visit to this location. It was clean, quiet and I was greeted by three professional young ladies. I was very impressed and am looking forward to using this location in the future.
Y'all, I paid them to zap my body hair to death with lasers, and they did it! The staff are awfully kind and knowledgeable, for a place that zaps you with lasers.

I began my laser treatment in 2021, and I’ve been going to my 5-week to 10-week appointment consistently. 3 years later and I see a 95% reduction in hair growth! Not to mention they have switched to a new air chiller machine and OMG it is a game changer! It really doesn’t even feel like you’re getting treated, and I am at the highest level of treatment! 20 out of 10 recommend! Great service, great product, great everything!
Louisville west is the best! My fave nurse Kaylin is fabulous and takes care of me. She’s a gem 💞.
