After having been a happy client of Milan for over 2 years and moving to Long Island last year this location has been pretty horrible to me. 2 times told I was too "tan" and with scheduling issues I haven't been able to have a treatment on a area in OVER a year. To add to the too tan, this person had her phone out with a image of "burns" on skin before I and my spouse even walked into the room and before seeing us. I love this location! It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I like to see Phoenix. She is very professional, accurate, and knows how to lessen the sting! I have been getting laser for a very long time and she is the best!
