Recently came back for my arm. Appreciate the kind atmosphere and also of course the painless laser treatments. Definitely, an excellent place to get your hair removed.

This is a updated review. After some conversations with customer service (which was good) I was able to reschedule and had my concerns addressed kindly. I had a wonderful appointment today with very kind people and look forward to future visits. Thanks for being great.
Such a wonderful experience overall. Nikki and Mallory are amazing! Nikki helped sign me up - she was very knowledgeable and worked with me to define the best package possible, without being overly salesy. And Mallory is the best! Every time I have an appointment, Mallory is always there and such a pleasure to be around. She really cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable at every visit. I’m so appreciative of her!!
