Horrible business, habitual at cancelling appointments and even cancelling reschedules. No one ever actually answers the phone at this location. You’ll have to file a BBB complaint just to get someone from the regional office to reach out to you, and even then it won’t be a realistic remedy. I can’t even say that my treatments have been effective because I’ve not been treated in my treatment window with the exception of two visits. I made an appointment a few weeks back, but something came up and I had to reschedule. So, I called yesterday and got help switching my appointment! Jenny helped me, and she was so nice. Great service!
I stopped in this morning to see what milan’s all about, and Jenny was very nice. It was very clean as well.
If I could I would give Toni above 5 stars. Toni, is professional and personable at the same time. She’s precise and detailed in what she does. Toni has a warmth and kindness that pulls you in. I’m constantly requesting for her when I make my appointment. She takes what she does seriously and does a very good job. She cares about the clients. Milan is lucky to have Toni.
