Update: I came in for a touch up today (over 6 months from last session) and ended up with burns all over my face (see pictures below). I’m not sure why or what happened but this was a different staff member than previous. I reached out to Milan’s medical staff and they advised the superficial burns will go away in 2 weeks but I would like more from customer service. Great first session! Brazilian...kind of intimidating but it went great. The staff are friendly and happy to answer questions too. I highly recommend Milan! Update May 2026: This location has major scheduling problems. I scheduled an appointment over the phone, but the email confirmation was for a Sunday when they'd be closed. After this was fixed, they called a couple of weeks before the appointment to cancel/reschedule because they would not have coverage. I’ve seen this constant problem with Milan laser about their appointments. The Skokie clinic canceled my appointment which was made 3 months prior without any intimation, just days before the appointment. What sort of customer experience is this ? And this isn’t the first time. Earlier I’ve had problems with the Uptown Chicago clinic about their continued rescheduling and problems with their provider. Which is why, I moved to Skokie and now Skokie too does the same! I saw another person posting about the same issue.
