I've been a customer at Milan Laser's Skokie location for three years or longer, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing with this new team! Come here for years unusually it’s much better than this last experience. There was no one in the office behind the desk. She came out, took me back to the room barely said anything to me and asked me my birthdate. Started the laser procedure without testing the first one, did four spots on my upper lip and said we were done. I walked me out to the front and said this is your 10 week date.
