I’ve been a client with Milan Laser Hair Removal, but my experience at the Skokie location has been very disappointing. Since transferring, my appointments have been repeatedly canceled just days before, even though I book far in advance. I’m usually told there’s no nurse available, but no real solutions are offered. This has disrupted my treatment schedule, which is crucial for laser results. On top of that, the staff has not been very helpful or accommodating when issues come up. Great experience at Milan Laser! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. During my procedure, they were attentive, reassuring, and always checked in to make sure I was at ease. Highly recommend!
