The entire staff is very friendly. The nurse, Vanessa, makes your treatment as comfortable as possible- providing counter pressure after each 'zap' and suggested I have the fan at the highest setting. Both of these extra methods help make my experience pleasant. Thank you Schaumburg location staff!
I’ve been going to Milan for over 4 years across multiple states ( UT, NC, AZ, and IL ) and I always do whole body sessions. Out of all these locations, I’ve never felt more comfortable, supported, or cared for than during my sessions with Ambar. Her technique is honestly amazing , she uses breathing, counting, and the perfect pressure, which made my 2-hour treatment feel surprisingly manageable. Can’t rate results yet, as I’m early in the process. However, the staff at this location are knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and the space is very clean and comfortable. They always answer my questions thoroughly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Staff is SUPER friendly and knowledgeable! Place is clean and cares about your comfort. I’m getting great results, even after just 6 sessions! Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality hair removal!
