It's been 2 years in my hair removal journey and each year I have had problem with the Aurora Colorado Clinic canceling my appointments. This happened last year and it's happened this year too. I have not been able to get treatment since April. I always book my appointments every after a session and I have had 3 appointments canceled and all I am told short of staff. I love Milan laser!! I originally started at the Colorado Springs clinic, then moved to the northfield and lastly ended up at the Aurora clinic!! No matter where I go the staff is always so friendly and professional! I love how efficiently they are able to do the treatments without making you feel rushed or undervalued.
