Rachel is wonderful and makes you feel so comfortable! There seemed to be a lot of turnover last year and at the beginning of 2025 with Milan’s aesthetic nurses. Now that they have regular staff, the experience is consistent and pleasant. The facility is clean and all the staff are kind and professional.
Good services . But lately I receive same day cancellations for an appointment I scheduled with months in advance and I set the time for it , another time I get to my appointment and they couldn’t find it . This has caused that I lost the good results I was having on my treatments and my hair has grown back . I feel They do not take customers with respect or find any good solution to make up for this . Because every time I have to wait another month to find an appointment
When I started here I had so much chest hair you could see it from under my shirt. I had hair in other places that needed attention so I paid for back, chest, and private areas(front and back) to be done. There was a deal when I signed up that have me service for life of I paid my stuff and stayed in good standing. So I made my payments to qualify for that. Just reposting since Milan deleted my review and photos and never followed up. I will keep sharing my experience. Unfortunately, they took off the reviews section where you can post photos. But just be ware I had 2nd degree burns all over my bikini area and thighs I've been a loyal Milan customer for over 3.5 years and have never had a bad experience — until I came to this location.
