I love lazer milan. Pretty cool that it's a "life long" deal. A little pricey but making payments makes it accessible. However the downside...I've been getting treatments for some time now, and I'm disappointed to say that suddenly there is a greatly qualified assistant doing my treatment, then she gets sent to a different location and there is a new girl that's not as qualified...and it reflects on the outcome. Also it's so hard to get an appointment promptly. I feel like time is robbed.
I usually have no problems and the staff is polite. However, I had an appointment for 4/9/2026. I got a confirmation email 4/8/2026 for that appointment. I drove an hour to get there and they said my appointment was canceled! I never got a call/text or email saying that. They should have told me before I went on a 2hr round trip for my appointment. Then they said they can't reschedule me because one of the lasers are down!

I’m writing this review to give credit to Claire, my provider for the service I received at Milan Laser on March 23rd. I truly think it was the best treatment I’ve had in the last three years. In past sessions, I felt that other providers were not covering all areas of my face, which left me with patchy hair.
