It’s been almost two years since I suffered severe second-degree burns from laser hair removal on my face and neck. I still have significant hyperpigmentation due to the scarring from the burns. I've been a customer for years, receiving excellent service at this place. However, my recent visit was a stark departure from the usual positive experiences. I had booked an appointment for today and, admittedly, I was late due to an unavoidable high-priority call. Jessie in Orland Park is amazing ‼️ She needs to be a manager, or have her own location.🥰 It was previously run by other people, but,they totally advised me wrong. They told me to shave before I come in,which is what has slowed my process. But,now I know it needs to be 24hrs before I come in
