The staff is so sweet and compared to medspas, the treatment here is so much more effective and efficient. Love shayna as well, she always makes me feel super comfortable. Also the unlimited lifetime visits makes the investment well worth it.

I cannot rave enough about my experience at Milan. I am so happy with my experience from check in to check out. The staff are always so welcoming the facility clean. I absolutely adore Shayna and request her everytime. She has the best bedside manner, always puts me at ease and is so thorough! I’m so happy with my results and has given me such confidence. I cannot recommend them enough. This is truly worth the investment!

My first experience with laser hair removal was with Milan Laser in Allen. It was an amazing experience!! Shayna was assigned to me and she was very professional, friendly, and thorough. She always does a great job! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I highly recommend Shayna for the sessions. Whenever I have had her, I have seen results and less pain during the session. I think she needs to train others on how to do the sessions. She always makes me feel comfortable during sessions and checks to ensure that I am not in too much pain. She gives attention to detail and deserves to be paid more.
