I had a terrible and unprofessional experience at Milan Laser in Grand Blanc, MI. During my first treatment with the nurse Kate, I was given no clear instructions. She simply said, “I’ll be back,” and left the room without telling me what articles of clothing to remove or what to do once undressed. I was instructed beforehand to shave and leave about 1mm of hair, but I’ve been waxing for 15 years and was honest about not knowing if I shaved correctly. The Grand Blanc location is always so clean and the new nurses they have are SO nice!! Kate was my nurse and didn’t miss any hairs!
The staff is kind funny and professional my nurse made me feel comfortable and so happy to hear they have a full staff of providers!!
