I’ve now had three appointments cancelled by Milan Laser, and I haven’t been able to receive treatments for almost two months. Every time I try to reschedule, there’s either no availability or I’m pushed out weeks later—only to be cancelled again. This company is the biggest scam. They take your money upfront for a “lifetime package” but fail to provide the actual service. Long time client and used to never have a problem getting an appointment. Ever since I "graduated" it's been impossible to get one, which is really disappointing because my appointment takes less than 5 minutes. I was wanting to move forward with adding other areas but now I'm worried it would be a waste.
