I’ll echo the scheduling complaints from other reviewers — appointments get moved or canceled without notice, and the scheduling line books out 1.5 to 2+ months. There’s no priority given to clients still in their initial treatment rounds, so you’re competing with touchup clients for spots. That matters because inconsistent intervals mean slower results and more sessions to get there and when it’s a painful procedure that matters!! EDIT: I’m updating them from 1star to 3stars. While the scheduling issues haven’t fully been resolved, I do appreciate that the client services team has taken the time to reach out and address my concerns. They were very willing to work with me even if that meant cancelling my contract. Hopefully their staffing/scheduling issues get resolved, but I would still be hesitant when coming in as a new client. This place is an absolute JOKE. Do not waste your time or money coming here. This place is an absolute JOKE. Do not waste your time or money coming here. I’ve had numerous issues with their scheduling team. Multiple appointments of mine have been randomly rescheduled, not even booked, and now my last 3 have been canceled. Pretty hard to actually get results when you can’t even go for the service. Definitely go elsewhere. Complete waste of time and money.

The rating has nothing to do with the actual services. That being said, I moved from a different location to this one because I was constantly being rescheduled. It’s really no better here. I’ve had an appointment scheduled for weeks, strategically timed so that I can get it before sun exposure. Now it’s been rescheduled with no explanation and the soonest available at any clinics near me is at a clinic 45 mins away, 2 months from now
