Completed the consultation and finally got my first appointment done. Florianne was fantastic and super sweet and she guided me theough the first experience - I was pretty nervous, but everything went well. Great communication!
I have done Laser Hair for years and at multiple locations. I switched from LaserAway to Milan Laser for convenience of location and it has been excellent. Florianne is always both personable and professional. She knows the equipment and how do manage sensitive skin like mine.

Nurse Florianne has been doing my laser appointments for a while now and she’s the BEST! I’ve been with Milan for over three years now and she’s is the most patient, attentive, and caring nurse I’ve had during appointments. I’m so happy she’s a fixture here and honestly wouldn’t want to go back to anyone else because she makes the experience a million times better. Fanta and Norah at the front desk are also so kind and friendly whenever I come in.
They go above and beyond and very professional, efficient, and accommodating. Special thanks to the office manager Shakera and nurse Florianne and the whole staff is outstanding…
