The staff is super friendly and professional. With the specials they run regularly, I'll come out even money-wise three years from now with laser compared to my every-6-week waxing routine. The major upside is laser is for life! Goodbye painful regrowth and waiting for hair to be long enough to wax again! The 4 instead of five star review is because they're pretty busy, so you need to plan way ahead if you need long appointments and want a specific time and day. But the results are totally worth the wait.
