Extremely difficult to schedule sessions, have canceled my appointments, offering the next available appointment option being 2-3 months out, unclear late policy - at 5 minutes late they refused to take me back for appointment, there are no signs in office or on website stating late policy. Overall, if I hadn’t signed a contract and paid I would not go back.
My finance went through horrible experience. The booking system is a nightmare. It took forever just to get an appointment, and the waitlist never responded. Then showed up three minutes late and they refused to do appt. It felt like they didn’t even want to work that day. There are plenty of better options out there. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
