April was great and got me started, she was very kind and accommodating and made sure I understood what to expect. I received treatment from Britney, she was super helpful, kind, and informative and regularly checked throughout the treatment that I was ok to keep going. I have been going to Milan for a couple of years now. I was very happy with the results of my original facial hair removal treatments that afterwards I decided to also get both my underarms and legs done. First treatment of my legs was with Alexis and she did a wonderful job! Very professional and quick, got me in early and was able to breeze through with minimal pain.
Alexis was super friendly and efficient! I had my first treatment today and she explained everything and made me feel comfortable.
Has been an easy and time saving experience now that I no longer need to shave. Get service.
If I could this would be zero stars. I had an extremely upsetting and disappointing experience at this location. I am handicapped and recovering from a stroke, which affects my speech and mobility. I waited months for this appointment , only to have them refuse to complete the full service I was originally scheduled for.
