I've had two different treatments done with Milan Louisville. They are so kind and I've had amazing results! Everyone through the entire process has been so gracious and professional. I’ve always been met with understanding and a smile. This morning I had an appointment where Leece checked me in and out. She was lovely, relatable and helpful. She truly put me at ease before my appointment.

I had such a great experience at my laser hair appointment! Alexa or Alexis was amazing “forgive me if I misspelled or misheard your name 🤭” — but she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all of my many questions. She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The rest of the staff was just as kind and professional, which really put me at ease.
