Do not send your family member here. This facility does not look after the emotional or physical welfare of their residents. The quality of life is subpar, the residents are chastised if they formulate a complaint, and retaliated against in retribution. It’s a miserable existence that you wouldn’t wish on your enemies, let alone your family.
Worst place to put your loved ones
I stopped in to see my dad last week. Observed the med tech drop a medication and she got nasty about it when it was addressed. After taking my dad out to smoke the pill was found under his bed. So I found her and returned the pill to her. She responded with we find pills all the time. The administrator saw me walking around and asked if she could help me.
