The customer care given at this salon is commendable - whether in person or on the phone. Anna Maria colored my hair recently and was not only friendly and caring but did everything she could to make me comfortable. AND it is probably the first time I woke up the next day with no hair color stains on my pillow case. She did an excellent job washing, conditioning and RINSING after coloring.
Visited the salon 3 times. Great service each time.
What I asked for… vs what I got.. My very first time ever going to a hair dresser. I thought I liked it at first even knowing the hair dresser didn’t give me what I asked for but once I got home I noticed so many issues. Many strands missed, splotchy, not blended very well. I wouldn’t go back to get this fixed even if they paid me. I lost all trust in this place.
