I attended David's seminar coaching and therapy Level 1 last weekend. Personal and professional empowerment is not a new topic for me but what I loved was how David shares his knowledge and easily passing the skill set over to people that attended the days seminar. All the information was relevant, scaffolded to the right level and easy to comprehend. VERY worthwhile! I spent Saturday with David from Milan Coaching, and an intimate group of lovely people. There was a balance of theory & practical, both were useful. It's Monday morning, and I have already used what I learnt! Got to be happy with that!!!! David's relaxed style with lots of humour, made this serious topic of dealing with tricky relationships enjoyable. Thanks & I look forward to building the skills in level 2.
I have been attending workshops and one to one sessions at Milan Coaching and Therapy for a couple of years now. I have got so much value out of these session both on a personal and professional level. I can’t recommend David his team enough to take you from where you are at and support you to get to where you are wanting to go. The workshops are great and awesome to get to meet like minded people who are on the journey of improving self.
