This dealership is really my favorite location. Sean in the service center has been helping me with my car and the warranty company, he has been absolutely wonderful and really has made sure I am taken care of. I would definitely recommend puyallup Mazda.
Would not recommended taking your car here for anything more than basic maintenance. Took my car in to have the e-brake looked at and serviced. They wanted to change all of the back brake calipers (despite them just being changed) and wanted $2,600. The video they sent was for “transparency” but lacked transparency entirely. They also couldn’t guarantee this would fix the issue.Took to a local shop and paid $203 for the actual service. Do not recommend this service garage and I am very unhappy with this experience. I have been VERY impressed with the courteous, professional treatment that I have received at this location. I purchased a vehicle here a little over a year ago and I have had nothing but a great experience. I was in recently for a 5,000 mile check up and I was appreciative of the video I was sent that gives a review of what they look at during the check up and what, if anything, needs to be replaced. Sean in the service department took great care of me. He is top notch. Thank you!
