Dr. Milagros is a great doctor, and unfortunately, she has to work with a very unprofessional staff. My mother had an appointment today at 8:30 a.m. At 8:45 a.m., I received a call informing me that my mother was considered late and that her appointment had been canceled because she had not “confirmed” the appointment. I find this extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I have been patient at this office for over 20 years - my experience with Millie and her team has always been excellent! Millie is caring, she listens to my needs and has a consultative approach to my care - her team is always responsive and communicates well! I recently left the state of NJ and Millie and her office is top of my list for what I regret leaving behind...I highly recommend this office and Millie - so professional, knowledgeable and genuine - thank you for the years of great support!

Worst clinic experience ever. They called to cancel an appointment I had scheduled for the next two weeks and pushed it back another two weeks, even knowing I’m in pain. When I explained that I was hurting, the response I received was, “The doctor said to go to urgent care” — knowing urgent care will simply tell me to follow up with my primary doctor. This experience says a lot about the importance of choosing the right primary care provider and finding doctors who genuinely care about their patients’ health and well-being.

The best doctor in the town! Very knowledgeable and listens to patients carefully. Spends time with patients. I switched my wife and mother’s doctor to this, Dr. Rojas. I am so glad I found a great doctor.
