I would not recommend Dr. Diaz. I came in as a new patient due to ongoing pain in my left breast and waited over 2 hours in the waiting room, only to be seen for about 5 minutes. The bedside manner was extremely dismissive and rushed. After completing a mammogram and sonogram, there were findings on my imaging. I then waited another hour at the office for my follow-up appointment, only to find that Dr. Diaz had not properly reviewed either the radiologist’s report or my medical history. I have been seeing Dr Diaz for 20 years. She is a wise, compassionate, and understanding woman. She takes her time to really listen.
I have been seeing Dr. Diaz for years now, but her care during my recent pregnancy, birth, and postpartum have been truly exceptional. She is not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but she is kind and has incredible bedside manner. She was the one to hold me while being prepped for a c-section instead of a random nurse I did not know and I will forever be grateful for her kindness in that moment. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR (ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE AN EATING DISORDER OR ARE IN RECOVERY FOR ONE)!!! if i could give 0 stars i would. not only was dr milagros an issue, but so was the office. i waited nearly 2 hours to be seen. i am first met with a nurse who completely ignored and disrespected my eating disorder recovery. dr milagros did not consider my recovery while completing the examination. i did not feel comfortable at all!! dr milagros encouraged me to lose my virginity to see her again in a year (... read more
I waited over an hour and still didnt get seen. I understand emergencies happen but at least call me and try to reschedule my appointment or tell me when I get there that its a really long wait so I dont waste my time
