I was quoted $380 over the phone to deep clean the house. I asked one of the maids how long when they got there and she said about 6 hours About 5 or 6 hours in I was called to say that it would cost more because it’s taking longer than expected to finish. So the upped the price another $120. They were there about 9 hours. Seems a bit excessive for 2 people to clean 1 house. More importantly the up front communication was not good at all.
We’ve relied on Milady’s Maid for biweekly cleanings for over 5 years. Each cleaning has been thorough and satisfactory. Highly recommend Mialdy’s Maid to anyone looking for a maid service in NWA.
We’ve been with Milady’s for several years and they’ve always done a phenomenal job. They’re very professional, and communicate extremely well with reminders about upcoming cleaning service. They’ve never no showed and always work around you if you happen to be home. I highly recommend this service.
