Absolutely amazing! There is no other Monument company I would choose. Milacek Monument Company was absolutely excellent from the moment we walked in the door. John & Melinda as well as all the other staff made sure everything we wanted/needed for our son's monument bench was perfect, and followed up with us throughout the process. All staff were so very compassionate, professional and treated us like we were their own family. If I could give a 10 star rating I would.
Get our stone put in as soon as possible. Still waiting since March
On very short notice of less than a week they got everything done. I couldn't of asked for a more professional company to deal with during this challenging time.
Evidentally you can only leave a review if its a positive one. Guess the next step is the BBB. Never use this business. Worst customer service in my life. After numerous mistakes and no apologies....
Very wonderful people. The original monument company in Omaha. Made several drafts before I was satisified and he worked with me all the way. He walked us thru how the entire process was done. Enjoyed every minute. Beautiful work!! My daughters etching was perfect.
