I bought an older suburban from Rich sight unseen just over the phone and extensive pictures and researching. It was what I was looking for. It wasn’t cheap but these are becoming rare especially with lower mileage and in good condition. Rich shipped it out to me in Wis, everything worked great. Because of the other great reviews I decided to shop at Milaca Wheel-Co. I am glad I did. Just as others have said, honest, straightforward, and went the extra mile to make sure all was taken care of. Sure, you are buying a used vehicle and there may be some things to take care of when you get home, such as the hose from the washer fluid was leaking on mine (now that's a tough one to find when looking a vehicle over before purchase), but they had done their best to find and fix what was needed before my purchase. My wife and I were in the market for a van camper and came across some listings from Milaca. They have a very cool inventory and we found something we love! Mitch and Todd answered all our questions and we were able to get a FaceTime video with Todd for a full walk-around of our RV. We bought the RV without actually seeing it "in person" and had it shipped over 1500 miles to our home. It's been everything we expected and hoped for and we are very happy with our purchase! I haven't been this excited about buying a vehicle in over 14 years! I was looking for a "low risk" buy and it led me to this place. Just like the reviews said, Mitch is an all around good, straight forward, easy going, old school person. I was star struck, I'll admit. The battery to the vehicle died when I went to stop at a rest area after I purchased the vehicle. I called Mitch, and he came to give me a jump start. He even replaced the battery at no cost to me.
