Absolutely unacceptable experience. I booked for 4:30pm and clearly explained from the start that I had builder gel and wanted the same with a simple design (shown in a reference photo). There was zero confusion on my end. After starting the service, the technician suddenly couldn’t do the design and had to call the owner. The owner then attempted it… and failed. Great local salon! Easy online booking system with all their prices clearly set out, they also give you a loyalty stamp card to claim cash off future services. My nails always look perfect, highly recommend!
