Very friendly and worked out a great price
Went here months ago and bought a bmw and was posted with no damage and when I bought it the front was broken and still had to pay full price. Valve covers leak, muitple misfires and leak coolant and first day of purchase had to buy a 340$ battery since they had a cheap small battery that had to jump. Roof sagged and I paid 4k and wanted to trade it in after putting thousands of dallors in to it with labor and parts. And he offered me 1,200$. Was originally happy with this place. After less than 60 days my vehicle overheats when I try to drive it. The warranty I was forced to get is not accepted any where near me. The lot ignores my calls and emails. Just want my vehicle to run. Edit: Update. You claim to care about satisfaction, but did not even respond to this until 9 months later. Do NOT go to this place! I was referred by a friend to go to Karrie and said as long as I had $1000 she would get me in a car. I desperately needed one because my dad had just fallen and gotten a traumatic brain injury that left him SEVERELY paralyzed at best but he was fighting for his life. I was staying at a domestic violence shelter and had not cashed a paycheck for months in order to save for a place.
