We were stuck without power in half of our house for 12 days after a power surge. Two companies came out and couldn’t solve the issue—one even suggested an entire first-floor rewiring (!). Mikus Electric did a great job for us when our generator needed servicing, both routine and to diagnose some operation issues. Requesting service thru website was easy and got a prompt response. Generator is now clean, tuned, and has updated programming. We also got some advice on how to keep it in good shape going forward. Highly recommend this business.
We had our Generac installed by a company that went out of business. When it was time for maintaining the unit, we decided to go with Mikus Electric based on the reviews here. And we were not disappointed. Mike and his team are always friendly, professional, and timely. Chris was assigned to our job and he lived up to each of those descriptions.
