Office manager is RUDE and unwilling to have an adult conversation and answer questions. Dropped me from the practice for demanding an answer regarding a billing/coding error on their end. Basically shut up and pay the incorrect bill or leave and get sent to collections.
It was always difficult to get timely care at this office, and when I finally was seen, I often felt rushed and unheard. There was also a lot of confusion between the doctors about my care, which made things worse. After a disappointing final visit, I switched providers and am finally receiving the treatment I needed. I do not recommend this location.
Always, helpful staff and PA Vince, so on top of my health issue! Thank you, you are all appreciated!
