Awesome Sushi, great views and knowledgeable,attentive service. Thoroughly enjoyed the sushi. The Tofu Salad was great. So were the brussel sprout chips. The Salmon Oshi Sushi was fantastic. The Aburi selection, blue fin trio and red wave roll were all excellent. The surf and turf roll was also good but I preferred the Nigiri Sushi. The Green Tea Opera for dessert was also worth it. All in all a true 5 star experience.
Tried the Sakura kaiseki menu. Delicious food, everything we ate was tasty, well cooked, and well seasoned. High quality fish and scallops. The stand out was probably the salmon oshi for me, I think when I come next time I will just get that, seriously delicious. My partners favourite was the octopus, it was very tender. Miku is always top of our list when we go to Vancouver. Everything is always fantastic! Highly recommend!
